These are the flavors available at our location at 11144 Antioch Rd Overland Park, Ks. You can email me for a recipe if you would like to try one. These are all made with the Herbalife Formula 1 shake mix and the Herbalife Protein Drink Mix. We add a fat free sugar free splenda based pudding gluten free and we use the Torani syrups also sugar free splenda sweetend. Some shakes have a little peanut butter or 3/4 cup of frozen fruit. These are all really fast and easy to make. If you live in Kansas City stop by and try one . If you live to far to come in I highly recomend you order the products and make them yourself. You will feel the benefits after a few days .
